And here comes November, the dreariest, in my opinion.
Sending you light, Ina!
Thanks, Dale. Dreary is a great description.
Touched by this, I wish I could send you some of the evening light from our hills, works for me every time! Good wishes, Ina.
Thanks for your kind thoughts, Bill. I love the evening light that streams between the buildings behind me. A sort of urban vision.
You’re very welcome.
You have put into words what many feel in these gray days. The sunshine we find is that much more precious
Thank you. Rose. A solitary sunbeam came through my window this morning and “made my day”.
Lovely
You’ve made beautiful poetry out of dullness Ina, wishing you lots of golden autumn light.
Thanks, Andrea.
This is a wonderful poem ~ made even more wonderful for me because after a week of dreary weather, I was able to get out in sunshine and hike in the woods 🙂 Still a little too cool given a choice of temperature, but I couldn’t argue with the sunshine. Wishing you some sunny days ahead, Ina. Wishing you well ~
Dalo, I’m happy you had your hike in the sun. Sunshine is pouring into my room as I write. Wonderful difference. Thanks for all your responses to my posts. They are rekindling my love of writing and gratitude toward Word Press who makes this possible. ❤
Hope you have lots of light
Thanks, Lynn. (:
This is the perfect piece for our time. Life in the time of covid is pretty grim, even if we are vaccinated. I send you best wishes for sunny blue skies.
Thanks, Janet. I wish for blue skies ahead for all of us everywhere.
