Growing Pains

on June 14, 2021
Aging is taking me
On a challenging journey
I need a new right knee

Plan for me now
Is to rigorously exercise
Exchanging my pain for yet more

The final pain most awful of all
Follows the pain of my surgeon's knife
Then I'll go dancing again

I am looking at the future of my rather shonky knee. And an apology: I thought I had been following you for a while but I must have not pressed the correct button.

I await your dancing! Best, Resa!

  7. I don’t remember when you were going in for your surgery, but good thoughts only, and prayers are sent your direction
