    Oh yes… Perfectly cooked, flipped over, just so and gently, to the plate. Think I’m making myself an over-easy egg this morning! 🙂

  3. I had to look up ‘over easy’ as we don’t call them that here – we don’t have many imaginative ways to describe eggs, just boiled, poached, scrambled or fried!!!
