Very good, great rhythm. I can taste the breakfast!
Thanks, Bill. It was my breakfast this morning that inspired me.
Oh yes… Perfectly cooked, flipped over, just so and gently, to the plate. Think I’m making myself an over-easy egg this morning! 🙂
Enjoy. I had one, too.
I had to look up ‘over easy’ as we don’t call them that here – we don’t have many imaginative ways to describe eggs, just boiled, poached, scrambled or fried!!!
That’s interesting. I think they are a version of poached maybe, but in a skillet.
I think they’re just one of our versions of ‘fried’ 🙂
This post really made me smile this evening. Humorous yet also so very, very accurate ~ I love my eggs, and I am always very proud of my egg flipping talents to the point that every now and then…crash 😦 Wishing you well ~
That’s the funny thing about eggs. It does take a tiny bit of talent which can go to one’s head. Cheers. ❤
LOL!! fun one.
Thanks, Resa.
I like this very much. Thanks for posting it.
