snowed here all day yesterday – but we may hit 40 today – haven’t seen any squirrels yet
Forty sounds balmy. We’re going to have a high of thirty-six today. And a sifting of snow.
Love your Haiku. I can see that squirrel on the limb.
Thanks, Sabra. The Haiku came into my head when I saw him.
It is lovely. Those are the best, I think,..the ones that appear complete.
🙂
Very visual, Ina – well done 🙂
Thanks, Eric.
I can see him sunbathing in his fur coat! love it
Thanks, Lynn.
most welcome
We had a familiar rock squirrel in the yard this past week, usually he stays in an area down the street. I was washing dishes and saw him out–what I realized were very dirty windows in need of some spring cleaning. He vanished quickly and I realize he simply dropped by to remind me to give the windows a good cleaning inside and out.
Wonderful words. Thank you.
Love your rock squirrel story!
