Warm sun carpets floor
Bare toes wriggle in delight
Arms outstretched I breathe.
Birds fly tree to tree.
Open window lets in breeze
Calls me to come out.
New buds everywhere
Dandelion’s yellow stars
Constellation Spring.

You know, I’d just begun to appreciate all the beautiful flowers that bloomed here earlier in the spring when I realized they had only lasted such a short time, Bummer!
Great comment on the fleeting spring blooms. All gone here but a gorgeous azalea in the garden out my window.
