Children’s joy past.
Time to nod by Christmas tree
Savor scents and lights.

Beautiful. Did the grandchildren love your wonderful gifts of prose? 💖
The gifts were for my three sons for now. They loved our surprise. Their Dad and I gave the journals to them while we were still sitting around the table after Christmas dinner. The stories that included my sons sparked wonderful conversation . No one got around to our England and France trip in the first reading. My oldest grandchild is 15 and I hope he and the other five will read our Family Travels book in due time. Thanks so much for being interested in my gift. ❤
I loved the idea. Glad the kids enjoyed. 💖
Thanks. 🙂
I’m enjoying all your haiku!
Thanks, Susan. 🙂
A real reflection of that peace after the big day is done 🙂
Thanks. 🙂
You are great with the haikus!
Thanks, Christy. i enjoy writing them. I’m wondering about grouping them in themes instead of just “blurting” them out.
A Gift of rememberance, perfect.
Meredith, thanks for your comment – always. Best wishes for peace and good health in the New Year.
I’m getting close to trying a haiku myself, after your inspiring examples.
Lovely compliment. Thanks. I’ll look forward to your haiku.
